Awesome service. Norm was very professional. I called at 9:30 and left a message. Norm called back at 10:00. Was at my house by 10:30 problem was fixed and he was out of here by 11. Tried one solution to the problem but it didn’t fix it. He seemed excited that it was giving him a little bit of a challenge and had the issue resolved a few minutes later. I thanked him and said he did and excellent job. He went on to explain how they pride them selfs on being quick to take care of heating issues in the winter. It shows.
Ben's came highly recommended by our neighbors. They came and performed the install of four head units and a heat pump. The quality of work done was outstanding- very neat and tidy install, top notch. I also highly recommend Ben's heating to any and all.
02/11/19 left a message at 10 am they called back just before 11. Were here at 12:30 fixed the problem, and explained about the part that failed and gave me the old part. We had lots of snow and it was snowing and the repair van couldn’t make it all the way, so the boss came in his awv and brought him the rest of the way. Great service
