Update: This place is awesome. Our 24-year-old water heater was dying (hard water deposits restricting flow). Minimum plumber quote was $2K. Ouch. The big box stores sell crap with lightweight components like plastic flush valves. Plumbing Pros to the rescue! They have an extensive selection of pro-quality tank water heaters from AO Smith and Bradford White. We found the perfect replacement for $300 less than the lowest price I found online. This place has everything and the price is right. They carry parts that you cannot find at Lowe's or Home Depot. Very helpful staff well.
Helpful, friendly staff, great prices, and amazing inventory. I needed 3" PCV DWV pipe & fittings and these guys have it all. No need for online or ship to store, just it pull it out of the bins. Took a look around the warehouse and saw so much stuff I've had trouble finding in the past: dielectric unions in every size, threaded brass nipples in larger sizes, they even have a good selection of my favorite Panasonic Whisper exhaust fans. This place is going to be my first stop for plumbing from now on.
I searched for water softeners and RO water systems at several locations and ultimately decided to purchase them from Plumbing Pros in December 2024. Ken, the manager, provided us with an excellent consultation on the products. He went above and beyond by visiting our homes and spending half a day working alongside the plumbers to resolve any issues with the installation. Thank you so much for the outstanding service. The prices were competitive compared to other places. I highly recommend Plumbing Pros.
