Eric and Chris were very knowledgeable about a an unusual situation with our plumbing in the basement. They are very upfront and honest about what would benefit us. We felt like they were very honest and trustworthy with what was worth paying for at this time. We would definitely recommend using them.
Amazing service, call late on a Saturday afternoon, Eric confirmed that he could drop by as soon as he finished a job that he was just wrapping up. Chris followed up as well with a text message with an interactive map of where Eric was. There was no second guessing. I was very impressed. Thank you Plumbing Pros.
John and Jay had a few challenging jobs to work on at our house. Replacing a very old hot water heater that was in a very confined space where they had to modify the entry into the area to just get the new water heater in. The replacement of the well water tank was in that very confined space too. They also replaced two outdoor sets of water faucets and added an indoor shut off valve for each. They were we very had working and did a great job. We will definitely use Plumbing Pros again for future needs.
John and Anthony did a wonderful job! They were able to come a couple days after calling them. Both were very nice and knowledgeable. They gave us a discount on our water heater installation and got all our issues sorted out the same day. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future.
They were able to get us in incredibly quickly and showed up at the beginning of the time window which was awesome! John and Anthony did a wonderful job replacing our bathroom sink, installing a new water heater, and unclogging our shower drain. They worked with us on price, which was very much appreciated and got everything done the same day. They were kind and explained everything very well. I would definitely recommend hiring them and will be calling again in the future for any of our plumbing issues!
