I spent several hours pondering and decided to do it, since I'm working from home, why not? Eddie was able to come out that same week and pick up the toilet I ordered at the Sincere showroom and got the jump done in an hour. He cleaned up the packaging and hauled my American Standard away.
We called Plumbing Pros Greenville out to take care of a disaster - our hot water heater kind of "blew up" and it was a mess! It was after hours, but they showed up, assessed the situation and before too much longer, we had the situation under control and a new hot water heater installed. Thanks, guys, for a very timely response and a good job! I hope I don't need you often, but you'll be the first ones I call next time I need a plumber.
