I h Had Isaac from Preferred Plumbers out to diagnose a leak from my upstairs shower that was draining into my HVAC intake downstairs. He came out very quickly, was flexible when I needed an extra 10 minutes to get home from running an errand, worked efficiently without making me feel rushed, was professional but approachable, and just genuinely easy to work with.
