Plumbing Professionals is the company everyone needs when you need their help with pipes, drains, water heaters and filters. The Owner - Isaac - provides competitive pricing and service. Great customer service is sometimes hard to find yet you will with Plumbing Professionals every time.
Let me start off by saying I'm super suspicious and picky about contractors. Isaac was 100% responsive, professional, punctual, clean, and quick. I'd read online that our water heater installation would take 6-8 hours, and I was prepared for the worst, but he was out in less than 2 - even after having to cut our pipes due to Lowe's having sold us the wrong size heater for our setup (long story). This Plumbing business is one of the best I've ever dealt with it's a fair company the man is very personable and he will treat you fairly and price you fairly he helped me out many times and I would recommend him highly and he's also a man of integrity which is hard to find today
We had a leak emanating from our second floor bathroom that had been repaired twice by two different plumbing companies that was never resolved. We called Isaac from Plumbing Professionals. Problem solve the very first time. We have used Plumbing Professionals ever since. They are fantastic. Isaac is truly a master plumber. He his extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable! I highly recommend Isaac and Plumbing Professionals!
I have lived in Allentown for nearly 20 years. Isaac and his crew are by far the best I have seen. They are so professional and he does everything he says and goes way above and beyond. I don't write these kind of reviews and this is one of my first ones. He even came back when he put in my water heater (and the best price of anyone in Allentown by far) - and DIDN'T even charge me for a follow up -wow!!
