I had a huge issue with my downstairs bathtub and toilet. The toilet overflowed and the bathtub filled up halfway with whatever was in the pipes. Gross stuff I know. So I called on a Saturday evening. He was out to my house within an hour and fixed my backup problem. The gentleman was very informative and very cordial.
