Today 12/19/2024 I had such a terrible experience from one of the associates while I went in to return some water heater hoses. Right when I entered the associate was already in a bad mood and I informed him I had two hoses I would like to return that I had purchased a month or two back. They're system for processing purchases was down at the time so me along with other customers had to leave them with our card information along with other persal information so they could process the charges at their convenience.
