I called a month in advance specifically to ensure I could get a first appt of the day time. I explained thoroughly over phone why I needed a reliable plumber and an early appt, because I was traveling from out of town. I was assured countless times, in the initial call and the night before that I my plumber would arrive 8-12 am. The plumber is a no call no show. Matt did a wonderful job replacing my Mom’s water softener and filter. He was knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to explain the process and future maintenance needed. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing plumbing services or repairs.
Dillon and Chris came out to do hydrostatic testing for us and were highly informative answering each of our questions as well as fully explaining any risks or work that we could or should consider. They eve n installed a new cover for our exterior cleanout to make it easier to access instead of me having to dig it up since it was buried under our flower bed. Highly recommend them!
What a great young man who knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the problems and fixed them for us. Super Job.
Matt dealt expediently with the project we needed addressed. He had a positive attitude as he gave me the opportunity to observe the process and ask questions. I decided that Plumber Outfitter’s “Wolf Pack Program” would be a definite positive for future concerns!
