Jorge Reyes was professional, knowledgeable and treated me with respect. He explained what needed to be done and fixed the problem .
Matt was wonderful. Gave me a reasonable quote, which included helpful options, then didn't charge for something he realized later he didn't need to do. Proactive communication, always showed up on time. Will definitely be thinking about Plumbing Outfitters if (when) we need anything else.
Came out on Sunday night to find water spewing up 2 feet by the cut off . City cut off water and I easily made an appointment for ASAP repair Monday. Got an early reply it was scheduled. Master plumber Noah Rhinehart explained possible repairs and after excavation, luckily it was not the worst possibility. Repaired in timely manner and supplied pictures.
