I had Plumbing, Cooling, & Electrical Nerds visit our home on 07/23/25 to execute a warranty on work they had done the previous month. In short, one of their techs had caulked a shower, and the caulk had begun to separate after a month. To the company's credit though, they honored the warranty the initial tech had mentioned after finishing the caulk and did not charge anything to fix the work-- although they did state the warranty was no longer in-effect after the second visit.
