The only saving grace from this review being a 1 star was the technician being very helpful in preparing the documentation if we had chosen to use Plumbing Masters (PM) for the drain line rebuild. Apart from that, PM is the equivalent of the crooked car mechanic that charges you an arm and a leg for replacing a $4 fuse in 30 min. The technicians may have your better interest in mind, but the companies money hungry ethics eventually shine through. Brad Smith....I can't say enough about how professional, kind ,reliable... what an asset to PM. They not only removed a leaking water heater installed the new one. There was water damage and they walked me through every step of the process with such patience! My neighbor referred them to me and so happy she did. Plumbing Masters is the company if you have Plumbing issues
