Amazing plumber! Incredibly honest and straightforward. He walked me through the entire plumbing issue, explained what caused it, and made sure I understood everything so there were no surprises with the pipe replacement. He even went above and beyond by recommending — and personally connecting me with — the next professional I needed to prevent future problems. After this experience, I won’t use anyone else, even if it means waiting.
Doesn't return calls
I left a Voice mail and got call back in less than an hour I think. Seemed quick as can be expected to me. Glenn (sp?) was easy to communicate with by phone and text message. I cannot tell you how much I value a contractor of any kind who will communicate by text message :) He replaced the 50 gallon gas water heater within 24 hours of our phone call. In this case, he happened to have one in stock so this may not always be the case for others. My tenants are very happy and so am I. Thanks!
Called for a somewhat emergent plumbing issue and left a detailed message and a please call back as soon as you get this and can. No response or call back at all. I will never give my business to someone who can't even return a phone call. Bummer.
Three days in a row I called the number left a message as directed and…..nothing. No call back. Nothing.
