Called for a somewhat emergent plumbing issue and left a detailed message and a please call back as soon as you get this and can. No response or call back at all. I will never give my business to someone who can't even return a phone call. Bummer.

Three days in a row I called the number left a message as directed and…..nothing. No call back. Nothing.

Glen, the owner of this company is as good of a man as they come. If he didn’t return the message/call to some of the other reviewing people it’s because he’s so amazingly busy. We used him many times during our remodel for large and small jobs. He never once disappointed us. He seems to have a lot of experience and was always courteous. He lives up to his company name. We will miss him when we move from Baker City.

Not great. We still haven't received a single call back after dozens of calls, texts and voice messages. Terrible communication. They seem willing to take your money without ever answering a call. Would not reccomend.

Incredibly efficient, courteous and priced right. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. A+++!
