Richard was prompt and professional. He was thorough in his evaluation of my hot water system and explanation of what was wrong and what my options were. He worked diligently and answered my questions about the work performed and my new system. If I need work in the future I’ll call them.

Couldn’t be happier with the work PHD did for me installing a new water pressure tank. Fast, courteous and professionally done. I would highly recommend PHD to anybody that needs any plumbing or heating repairs.

These guys were fast. Everywhere else was having us schedule a few days out, Plumbing and Heating Doctor came out within a few hours of our call. It only took a few minutes for him to diagnose and get it repaired. We are very thankful to have heat again. I would definitely recommend and I will be using them for any future maintenance or repairs. Edit 8/5/25: We had a clogged drain and our system was backing up.
