Tony was very good at describing where the leak was coming from and the actual repair that he did to fix it. Answered every question I had and made sure at the end that there weren’t any more questions and that the repair was done correctly. I asked his name so that if I ever needed to use Plumbing Express again that I could get him to do whatever repairs was necessary, that’s how satisfied I was with him.
