Tyler did an amazing job according to my friend who was there while Tyler did the work, since I was out of state at the time.
Mr Kauffman arrived in a timely manner, took the time to repair our damaged water pipes, and did so in the blazing heat. He was very polite and honestly cared about the quality of his work.
He came on time. He called me with a full explanation of what he had done and what he was going to do going forward.
Tyler showed up on time and was very thorough with the repairs needed and the cost that would be expected. He worked on a tub leak in second bathroom promptly and kept the area clean while ripping out the drywall where needed. He communicated throughout the repair very well too. Highly recommend the company and Tyler for plumbing needs.
