John knows his stuff. At the end of the day what you want from any service is someone to show up and have the ability to explain what your issue is. John found a unique situation in our repair that he hadn’t ever seen before (in all of his 25-26 years of experience) and walked through why it was as such. I will recommend his company to anyone who asks me for a referral. Thanks John!
John and team are awesome! Nothing worse than finding out you have a water heater leaking out of your garage while out of town. John went above and beyond to fit us in and worked with one of neighbors to get the repairs needed. He stayed in constant contact and kept us updated the entire time! John came out and replaced my heater the day I contacted the company; he even took the extra step of coordinating with the gas company to ensure my gas was turned on that same day.
