Honest and fair company with great customer service.
We had a few issues: 1) Space - We have 2 kids who have toys that take up every inch of the garage. 2) Water that wouldn't stay hot when the kids take a bath, when I took a bath 3) Flushing - Most people don't flush their water heaters (you really should!) and the amount of calcium and deposits that would constantly come out is disgusting. The new Rinnai Tankless 199 water heater solves all of this. Kids toys (junk) can easily take up the space where the water heater used to be, the water is ALWAYS hot...not sometimes, ALWAY... read more
John was knowledgeable, competent, and clear in his explanations. He arrived at 3:30 expecting to do a simple service visit and found some other obvious problems that led him to stay until 9PM. He stayed instead of scheduling another visit so we would not be at risk of something going wrong before he returned. And besides, he seemed like a really nice person.
Excellent service by John. He was thorough, patient and knowledgeable. Tankless system installed and working as promised.
