Kevin was excellent. Although he was not told to bring the stuff to install a receptacle & switch for having a battery backup in event of power outage….. he sorted through his supplies & found enough in his truck to do this job for us. He ran all the tests & found that Spires Gas regulator appears to need replacing & called them to report this issue. We will call Spire to follow up on getting them to come out to to do this. He went the extra mile for us &!greatly app that!.
Yes he explained everything very well.
Excellent service. Very appreciated.
Professional, timely, provided education on the issue.
Hedid a great job.
