My husband and I returned products to PDI on Huff Road. Jerome Hughes was great! He was very patient and helpful as we went through a long and somewhat difficult return. Thanks for a most pleasant experience, Jerome. You made our day.
Went to showroom. Was ignored. Had to find assistance. Very rude and not helpful at finding items nor giving suggestions of other products. Wouldn’t waste my time.

I stop in the see about the shower head for my master bedroom and the salesperson Yulmon Battle was AWESOME! I NEVER experienced a salesperson who was so knowledgeable about the product before. He was very professional . I will recommend him to all my friends.
The people are great but i almost hit one of their crazily parked vehicles. Its ridiculous how they park their vehicles.straight up hot mess!
With so many options to buy kitchen hardware and those companies offer free shipping and free returns it's very surprising PDI charges shipping and a 20 % restocking fee. It would've been nice to know the 20% restocking fee before I ordered from you. I'll take my business elsewhere
I went into the Lawrenceville showroom on a Saturday to buy a bunch of items for my whole house remodel. I signed in at 1:49pm and browsed the showroom until a salesperson could help me. Fair selection. Seemed a bit pricey. There are No prices on most items, so I had to wait. At 2:51, sales person finally says she is ready, but they are closing at 3:00, so I needed to come back. Really! What a waste of time and a foolish set up. I need to buy about $20k in products and I will never go back to PDI. Horrible! Horrible! Horribl... read more
Beth Gross was super helpful and knowledgeable about the products we needed. We purchased 2 new toilets from PDI and the quality of service was top notch!
We were renovating our bathroom and needed a specific soaking tub to install. I walked into PDI, and Beth Gross greeted me with such professionalism. I told her during the visit how much expertise and knowledge she had finding me the perfect tub for the job.
