Stephen is a master plumber. He can solve problems no one else can and stands by his work.
I used this company for a large project. Horrible customer service. My family felt like a huge inconvenience throughout the entire project. Stephan was constantly putting our project on the back burner to go and take care of other customers.
He was quick to respond to our initial call and had great ideas, but it’s been over a month and we are still waiting for the quote. Despite multiple calls over the past month, we are getting nowhere.
