I called and recieved friendly service, and was set up with an appointment in a very reasonable time frame. Dragan showed up within the 2 hour window of time they alloted, and I recieved notification and a call 45 minutes before his arrival. He answered all my questions in a detailed, easy to understand way regarding the work that would be done. He was patient, personable, and knowlegable. He sent the bid, which was detailed and included photos, shortly after we met. Overall, it was a very professional meeting.

Tech was professional, did work as promised, but it was a simple water fill replacement value, took exactly 25mins to complete, part cost is 15$, amount charged was 250$. Absolutely unreasonable price. I requested for quotes from various near by well reviewed and licensed companies after the repair (should have done this first, my mistake!) none of the other 4 companies quoted more than 150$ for the exact same work.
