I appreciate Plumbing Buddies honesty in billing and their job performance. I tend to do a lot of my own work but will definitely call them again when I am unable to handle the work myself.
When my regular plumber moved to Texas I was at a total loss. I had tried numerous plumbers on Yelp and had a very difficult experience, at least until I found Jeremy and Plumbing Buddies. Jeremy did annual water heater maintenance. He was professional, efficient and friendly. He directed gallons of good water (that was drained from the big tank) to backyard trees and plants instead of down the drain. He even cleaned yucky areas in the outdoor water heater closet. Also, I appreciated the timely ETA text notices and tech-savvy admin stuff.
Jeremy and his team were able to repair my complex issue. He was prompt and always kept me informed as to the progress. Highly recomment.
Christopher was on time, very nice and kept a clean work area.
