This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! Terrible communication. Would never call when they said they would and then would blame it on someone else. Tried to sell me a tankless water heater that would not fit the opening and then didn't follow through on the one that they were supposed to order. Supposed to be the installed for Home Depot and claimed they couldn't get the heater. I ordered it from Home Depot and had it the next day.
