I called the home warranty for a clogged up bathtub and sent me Plumbing Aid. The operator called me and wanted me to call the insurance company back to tell them it was an emergency, at no extra charge to me, because they were too busy. When I said no, they showed up at the time I wanted them to show up anyways. The plumber snaked and cleared the sewer pipe only to have his cohort flushed more toilet paper on both toilets to clog it again.
