Team came back and fixed our problem
I recently had a house built in Wangaratta and could not recommend Nathan and Plumbforce highly enough. As the build went I had lots of input from the team and changed my mind on a few things from positioning the hot water meter, to tap heights, to down-pipe positions and roof design. He is extremely patient and entirely reasonable. In May this year , one of their employees accidentally punctured a pipe under our slab floor. For weeks the owner of the business refused to accept responsibility for the damage, until it was proven beyond doubt (with an electronic "trace") that they were responsible. Even after that, there has been not one hint of an apology from the owner. The effect on us is we have lost the use of our bathroom for the last seven months, and it will be several more months before the water dries out fully, and we can proceed with the tilin... read more
