My four yeal old furnace went out recently, and I could not get the big companies to even call me back, so I started looking locally. Purcell's on-call person called back within 10 minutes, listened to me, gave me some suggestions on how to get through a cold evening since I declined emergency service, and told me to call the shop the next morning.
