About the most unhelpful guy I ever met. I come in to ask about a part. He barely looks up from whatever he was playing with on his computer during the whole conversation. Told me they didn’t carry the part anymore cuz it’s not code, sorry none of their stores would, don’t know any place in town that would carry it, sorry can’t really answer any questions about the part cuz they make different parts… You get the idea. My shower faucet was leaking and creating a disgusting mess. I was not able to find the parts needed to make the repairs. Plumbers Supply Company found the parts, but also discovered that ordering a complete valve was less expensive than just the part. They ordered the new valve, replaced everything but the housing, leaving the shower like new.
Friendly upon my first time entering, then immediately hostile upon my remark that the part I had received was bad out of the box, with retorts such as “I’m not falling for that” and “You just got this today… it can’t be bad”. Most of which were said by the instigator, a seemingly middle age man with graying long hair and beard. I will not be returning, especially when I am treated like a scammer rather than a customer
The store is well organized, making finding what you need easy. They have fair pricing. Most importantly, the staff has amazing knowledge. They are friendly, and they go the extra mile to help you.
