I would watch yourself going in here unless your an experienced plumber. I had the hot water side of a bidet leaking. Long story short I took the valve off and brought it down to plumbers supply granted it was 20min before closing on a Friday not the best time to get help. I just figured they would know right away what this valve was and I could get some info on how to fix. I should of done my own research in the first place which I had to do after this experience. Very poor service, almost as if they don’t want to sell you anything. Called and tried to order 2 1-1/4 circuit setter balance valves, employee asked 3 times what company I worked for, and informed me I’d have to come to the shop to order it rather than give a card over the phone. Called Winnelson supply of Worcester and they ordered it right away without question, no card needed.
I had josh help me at the counter and it was the best experience in a supply house i have had. I love the atmosphere at plumbers supply and i would come here everyday if i could. I would 100% recommend getting supply from there. When you go ask for josh
