Cory and Mr. Zach were extremely helpful. I went up to the upfront desk and Mr. Zach helped me tremendously he pinpointed the part i needed and then proceeded to tell me the part I needed would take me some time. I looked up online and called the supplier of these parts and they confirmed it would take them a long time to warranty it. Mr. Cory assured me it would take half the time to get it delivered and sure enough he was right. I got it in 3 or 4 days. Im very grateful

I purchased a Delta 17 Series shower trim and cartridge from the showroom. I was warmly greeted by a gentleman named Archie. He was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this place of business to anyone. If you go in the showroom please ask for Archie🤗 I am a satisfied customer.
Ordered a white tub. Got a bone tub. It was installed before I noticed it was wrong. Ruined my several thousand dollar bathroom remodel. Ordered another 50 dollar piece from them and was charged 700+ by accident. Took several days to get a refund. I am disappointed and stuck with a yellow tub next to white tile now.
