Good staff. I am not a professional plumber and they were helpful and kind.
Very poor experience. Wanted to purchase a linkage assembly for a bathtub. Was told by the guy at the counter who seemed put off that I was in the store that, “yeah. We have something like that. It’ll probably cost you a hundred bucks. If you’re not handy you’re going to need to hire a plumber. You should probably just do that”. My apologies for wanting to patronize somewhere that wasn’t the big box store… Home Depot had the part for $17. Install by me required two screws and was done in 5 minutes.
