Called to inquire about installation of a water heater. Didn't get that far. Guy who asked just said hello... So I wasn't even sure I called the right number.. So I asked if he was a plumber and he said "I answered the phone as a plumber"... Well that was off to an awkward start. If you are a business you should answer the phone as such..
