Do clarify the service fees and cost of the work itself. My bad for not clarifying and understanding before work done. The company is super nice when you call though and prioritized my visit which was always appreciated. I appreciate the customer service that the company provides

I’ve used Plumbers Direct Toronto multiple times now, and I can’t recommend them enough. Joyce in administration is always incredibly helpful. She goes above and beyond to troubleshoot any issues, explains everything with such detail, and I always come away having learned something new after speaking with her. Do be very clear for yourself and clarify the ENTIRE cost for a 10 min service before it’s done. I thought when he arrived the total price was what I’d be invoiced but it did not include the service call fee. So when he quoted me i thought that was all in - charged service call plus labour so was more than I thought in the end. Yikes! The company is super nice when you call though and prioritized my visit which was always appreciated

Will work with again, they are the best! Highly recommend! We called after hours and Joyce provided immediate response and answers to an emergency. Tenzin was incredible, very efficient and meticulous labour. Was able to locate and solve the issue immediately using high end equipment and knowledge. You will be in good hands, grateful to have found such an honest and helpful company.
