Fantastic service from start to finish. Very quick response and detailed breakdown of costs. Two lovely guys sorted electrical and thermostat issues with my boiler and explained all the work and even showed me the old scaled-up elements they replaced. Plus they did the job in less time than anticipated and that saved me money off the original quote. Polite, friendly, no mess and a great experience. And now I have hot water again! Recommended!! Ā

Kai in very safe hands during what turned out to be a difficult job , and Colin was very transparent about options and costs. The initial job of fixing some leaks, and installing a toilet and washing machine ended up growing due to some shoddy installation by the previous owners, but none of this was an issue to Cirstea who took it all in his stride - it's clear that he believes if a job's worth doing, it's worth doing well. Anthony was absolutely wonderful- our hot water stopped working from our megaflo cylinder and he was able to ensure that we had the hot water back after being without it for two weeks . Previous gas engineers were unable to identify the problem but installed a part and charged us for it and still we had no hot water. Anthony spent a long time trying to find the root cause of the problem and was able to identify it -which demonstrates his expertise and knowledge. I would highly recommend his services.
