Alex is professional, ethical, and friendly. He takes the time to explain everything he's doing and educate you to avoid future problems. He even charged less than the original estimate because the job went faster than expected. I highly recommend his expertise and service.
I contacted Plumberjack for concerns of a leaky pipe and issues with my sump pump. Alex was awesome, very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain and answer every question I had. He replaced my pump in no time at all! I would highly recommend him and would definitely contact him again.
