He kept us informed as the repair was occurring and answered our questions. He explained the completed job and described how to proceed in the future. I hate leaving a bad review on local businesses, but hanging up on a potential customer mid question is unprofessional. I understand you're disappointed that I didn't want to pay for you to come out... but I should hopefully be allowed to ask a question about your service regardless. Simply unacceptable.
