horrible company. basically uber for plumbers. they might be able to fix a basic clogged toilet but anything other than that forget it. they said they would be able to fix my combination boiler which unbeknownst to me, only a certified technician in that field can fix, not a basic plumber. i spent over almost 2k on their services and buying parts they said i needed but they did not fix the issue and i ended up having to get reliance to come and replace it. it is impossible to talk to any manager of any sort and their staff o... read more
