We ended up with a high water bill and knew we had a leak somewhere on the property. When we went to try and figure out which part of our water line was leaking, we found the shut off valve at the house wasn't working. So, we gave up and called for help. We called Plumber of Tucson. These guys are AMAZING! Within 2 hours, they were at our house (SAME DAY!). Chris, Justin, Jerry and Joe, Josh, Eric were outstanding. Everybody was professional, on time and delivered what they promised. It was very clear that their knowledge base was incredible. Josh installed a tankless water heater and did a great job. Chris and Justin re-piped our entire house, and installed a water softener and filtration system. They did this in five days. Didn’t know much about gas pipe lines so was thinking a replacement or repair was needed. Geno and Jesus came out very timely and helped explain that it was mostly cosmetic and would be a simple fix for a homeowner to do. No upsell and very informative of my options. Would recommend for any plumbing needs.

I had a leak underneath my mobile home and I called Plumber of Tucson. They were there in 10 minutes! They made the repair and they recommended a complete repipe which I agreed to. The two techs or Justin and Dillion. Great customer service. They were very courteous and friendly and a complete the work quickly. Very satisfied with this company.

I’m tempted to rate them even lower. I recently had a threaded hose bib replaced (May 2026) and was charged $179. Interestingly, my neighbor just had another company replace two hose bibs and was charged $193. Hindsight is 20/20, but I wish I didn’t let myself feel pressured to move forward with the repair. Their sales tactics felt so shady. They quoted us over $3,600 for a water treatment system and $4,867 for a tankless water heater. They were quite keen to “bundle” everything to help us save money!
