The emergency plumber was courteous and pleasant. We needed a recommendation for the needed fix, which they provided along with the cost after investigating our problem and discussing between themselves the possible solutions. The cost was reasonable and the repair was quickly completed with parts available in there very well equipped truck. I had to wait 6 days for an appointment. They were late to arrive and then told me they cannot work on plumbing for tankless water heaters. The guy said he called someone who does that and that person would arrive between 1 to 3pm today. That was a lie. I called their office to confirm that appointment and was hung up on. Why would they not ask about the type of water heater before making an appointment? Very unprofessional!!!

This is the second tie we've used Ace and we have been VERY happy both times. This time we got Eddie as he was calm and knowledgeable, respectful, safe and got the work done thoroughly even though it was a Saturday evening. We are very happy with this company.

I am very pleased with the service that I received. The techs (Jose and Bobby) that came out were knowledgable and experienced. They explained what was going on with my plumbing and fixed it in a professional and timely manner. I appreciated that they arrived with gloves and masks during this COVID-19 time. I would highly recommend this company!
