Plumber Las Vegas Allstars Inc. is a first-class operation. I was kept informed as to when the technician was going to arrive. Once here, he did an excellent job. Very professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was going to do. More importantly, he cleaned up the area upon clearing the pipe.

Called early morning and was able to get someone out within the next few hours. The expert came to address a stubbornly clogged bathroom sink despite spending a good amount of time trying numerous things and giving it his all. He is still unable to remove the blockage but he was able to call another guy to come with a camera who uncovered our issue and provided us with a plan to fix it. He was very nice, personable, and tried his very best. Would highly recommend him!

The tech was very nice and professional. He assessed the multiple issues and gave me a “quote “. When the designated date came and they went to get the ordered parts, it was the incorrect one he ordered. Before calling to let me know the problem, he located the correct replacement part farther away. He informed me of the increased cost and I was able to make a more educated decision with further information.

Their technician was respectful of our property, courteous, and professional. He was thorough and explained all of our options. He waited for the cameraman to arrive just to assist him. This was above and beyond. Very pleased with the service despite the cost of service. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if I needed additional services.
