They hit it out of the park on our water heater installation today. Starting with their 24 hour plumber to the original appointment that accurately diagnosed the issue we were having, they set and then delivered on all expectations. Their timeliness, preparation and subject matter expertise resulted in an problem free install.
Very professional PLumber Keller TX today from Romero Plumbing. Came in right at estimate, used only high quality parts (no plastic). 2 man team so repair went quickly and smoothly. Will use again.
They told me they would be here between 11:00 and 1:00 and when they didn't show up at 1:00 they told me they had no record of contact they lied to me we needed the water fixed and we needed to fix now when you have someone sick in your home and you have no running water it's a disgrace I do not recommend these people
