They sent me a damaged faucet and then asked me to "color it in with a marker" because exchanging it would exhaust their profit! The worst customer service ever! I wound up returning it, thank goodness I order via Amazon or I don't know if they would have even refunded all of my money. They actually seemed annoyed that I didn't want a damaged faucet.
