Horrible experience! There was no one in the showroom. We had literally walked all over to look at tub/shower combos, about to leave and someone walked up and offered a business card to make an appointment. They had only one tub/shower in the showroom! This person didn’t want to talk to us at all without an appointment. I wouldn’t even give a one star, but I can’t leave a review without at least one star.
First, we were told by our plumber that we could walk in and look around without an appointment. That was wrong. We were greeted with what we felt was a very unkind sales person. We absolutely could not look around. I currently have dinner health issues that limit how freely I can go places. So making an appointment would have been difficult for me. But they didn't care. We find another very nicer and accommodating supply store that also carries very nice kitchen and bathroom fixtures. We will NEVER go back to Plumb Supply. ... read more

Such great ratings on showroom and service. Wish we would have had the chance to see it. Tried setting an appointment for Friday on Monday and they didn’t have anything open till the following week. Friday was the only day my wife had off. I would think they could really profit from having night hours if they are that busy.
