So...ordered toilet at Lowe's which was shipped from these guys. Got the new toilet. Verified part numbers on boxes (remember this). Removed old toilet, installed new one. Bowl ok, but the tank did not work in dual flush mode. Only single. Checked the tank. Wrong part number. The box part number, did not match the part number on the tank. So, now have a "used" toilet, installed. Next day, contacted Lowe's. They said contact Plumb Source, who cheerfully said sorry, contact Lowe's. Don't buy from these guys. Plumb Supply is a very complete plumbing supply. A lot of variety of PVC FITTINGS they carry. Sheldon who worked there at the time was very friendly and helpful. Plumb supply is the best supply house in Waterloo by far :)
