Absolutely HORRENDOUS service. My air conditioning wasn't working for the past few days, then I found this company. They sent a PLUMBER to fix it up, not an AC technician. The plumber did half the job, and told me that I have to go purchase a filter and put it in myself and then it will work. I did that, and it still didn't work. After that, I called them more than 10 times to send a technician, and in those times I was hung up on multiple times, and when they did go through they said they would send another guy.
