I called Eddie the morning after returning from vacation and within an hour he was at the house getting the problem taken care of. He explained the possibilities of the problem from the simplest fix to the worst case scenario. This was good because it gave me a heads up of 'what might could be'. It did not take the 'worst case scenario' to fix the problem. Plumb Reasonable is the best plumbing co. by far. They are punctual, friendly and honest. They do a good job and the rates ARE reasonable. My neighbor recommended them to me and I so glad she did. I will be calling on them if the need comes again.
WE HAVE USED PLUMB REASONABLE TWICE NOW AND I MUST SAY, MR. EDDIE IS SO PROFESSIONAL IN EXPLAINING WHAT HE IS GOING TO DO TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THEN HIS LABOR IS ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND GUARANTEED TO WORK. I WOULD RECOMMEND PLUMB REASONABLE TO ANYONE THAT IS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH PLUMBING OR EVEN A LEAKY GAS STARTER LIKE WE HAD ON OUR FIREPLACE....MUDDIE MORTON....
They've fixed my plumbing problems for 17 yrs. Usually come out the same day I call. Reasonal rates for the jobs they do! Definitely reliable!
