Had the plumber out to fix leaking tub shower. Fixed. Started leaking again agyer a couple months. Called them,back they came out and told me its my pressure regulator valve with a hefty price tag. Got a second opinion and that plumber said its my dip tube in hot water heater leaving debris in the hot water port. Fixed leak in tub and another in kitchen faucet for a quarter of the price quoted by Plumb Professionals. No signs of faulty PRV either.
Service from this company was excellent. The customer service agent was knowledgeable enough to understand the problem I was having so that he could send out the right plumber to the job. The plumber (Michael) contacted me en route to ask a few questions and give me an ETA. He was right on time, very personable, and perfectly professional. During the diagnosis, he asked a lot of smart questions, listened well, and assessed what the root cause of our dishwasher backflow issue could be.
