Called on Wednesday to get an insurance estimate and they arrived the same day. Estimate was approved the next day and repairs were completed within hours. Exceptional service for a septic system failure. I could not have asked for better service, even after the insurance company could not assign a technician.

We had a slow water leak in our ceiling. Ricky was able to determine the source of the leak and quickly repair the pipe. We have used Plumb Perfect for various issues over the years and we have been very satisfied. Everyone we have dealt with seems knowledgeable and it’s easy to make an appointment.

Dan and Bobby were just wonderful and skilled. Dan explained everything before they started and then got to work. I found the work to be incredibly precise and excellent. Great cleanup haul away. Everything was just perfect. Dan double checked everything and walked us through the maintenance. You definitely get what you pay for with Plumb Perfect. Giving a rating of five stars is an under estimate of how fantastic our new water system is!!! Thank you, Dan!!!
