Have been needing a plumber for longer than I can remember - passed their offices on East Cherokee and called, bright & early Monday morning. A human answered. Sent email on Saturday afternoon and received an immediate response scheduling a 9AM appointment on Monday (amazing communication). Crew arrived early, surveyed the issues and gave me a price and work proceeded. Well equipped trucks and they had everything they needed to complete the repairs. Andrew, Eric and John performed flawless work, left the worksite as they found it, pleasant to converse with and are very knowledgeable. Andrew and Eric came over to fix my toilet, and deep clean the shower drain for n my bathroom this morning. They did an excellent job, and thier customer service was outstanding! They got it done it in record timing. I highly recommend this place!!!
I had an issue where I needed a plumber. Called Plumb n Plumber and they were very responsive. The technician who came was Taylor and he was very polite and professional. Taylor analyzed the situation and recommended a solution. He explained what he would do and answered all my questions. I agreed and he went right to work. He is positive, professional, thorough, & always prompt, and we appreciate him coming out the same day we call.
