Had a water heater at the end of it's life with water leaking out from the bottom. Saw that Plumb N Plumber was highly recommended, not to mention they are a sponsor for Sequoyah High School (Go Chiefs!), so gave a call. They showed up on time. Extremely professional in their due diligence of the issue, explanation of the repair and presented different repair options. Once that option was selected, they were back the next day prompt and ready to work. They worked with our home to get the water we needed before they repaired the service. Total work 3 hrs for a new service they had to directional bore, water back on in 2 hrs. Taylor Melton ran point on their end and did a great job. We had a leak from a valve in our garage that my husband was unable to fix himself. I called in the morning and Andrew and Philip were there within an hour and a half and quickly assessed the situation and wrote a reasonable estimate. They took their time explaining the issue in detail and were so friendly and polite to my special needs son and I. Excellent service!! Not only did they come out the same day I called, they were able to come much earlier and finished the job the same day! Jonathan, Andrew and Eric were all very knowledgeable, provided multiple options, quality service and great group to work with. I would highly recommend Plumb N Plumber and will definitely call on them anytime service is needed. Great plumbers are hard to find. This group is a keeper!
JT (plumber) and Parker (assistant) were extremely professional. JT was knowledgeable, communicated extremely well and walked me through the problem and options for correcting it. Pricing was fair and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this plumbing company and will use them again if needed.
