I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company. From the moment they arrived, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the issue I was having. They were extremely positive and confident about how the problem could be resolved, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. First time customer and I am very pleased! Gave them a few different projects including flushing the tankless water heater and all work was explained thoroughly and completed within no time! Employees were friendly, prompt and seemed knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!
So pleased with both experiences I’ve had with them (approx a few years apart). They were very quick to respond to an emergency and worked after hours to see the problem through. They are polite, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough with their work. Their communication is also excellent. I will continue to use them for all future plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.
Michelle, Andrew and Eric were all wonderful. Super friendly and knowledge able. We had a leak in our water line from the house to the meter. They came out the next morning and had us fixed up within a few hours.
I am very happy with Plumb & Plumber. They came out same day & removed a clog affecting 2 bathrooms. Taylor & Eric were excellent professional technicians, answering our many questions and explaining our options clearly. They didn't push for the most expensive solutions to our problems. There was a minor issue with the original work. I spoke with Jonathan the supervisor and he sent the guys back out the next day to resolve it.
