I have to tell everyone how much I am pleased with the great job by Plumb and Plumber! And such friendly nice guys! Definitely the folks you want for any plumbing work you need done!
Two great guys very professional
We called Plumb N Plumber to look at repairing a pipe leaking in my basement ceiling. The two plumbers that arrived were professional and friendly. They evaluated the leak and also checked my home’s water pressure. They quickly identified the leak and also made a recommendation to change out a failing pressure regulator. They provided a quote on the spot. They were able to do the repairs right away and cleaned up after the work was completed. We would definitely use Plumb N Plumber again for future plumbing needs.
Verify costs before they come out for a quote! We didn't even get to the point of hiring this company for a service, and probably never will. They quoted us over $300 over other local companies for the work we needed, played the "oh we noticed this other thing that has to be fixed immediately" card, and at the end one of them says "since you're so close we'll waive the $89 inspection fee". This fee was never disclosed, and I see in other reviews this is normal practice for this business.
Taylor and his partner were spot on. They brought plenty of equipment and were ready for what ever issues I had. All pricing that I may or may not be face with was discussed up front. Very courteous and professional young men. I would recommend them to anyone. Very pleased with the service.
