First time we had the emergency fix on a sudden tap leakage and he (Tony) suggested to install new one with controlled valves. Second time we got him to come back on other services, because it’s an old apartment, he has to come to assess various issues that we have, give suggestions, provide quotes, buy the parts himself and fix everything.
