Hot water failed on Easter Monday and was advised by Tony how to troubleshoot first. He also explained the one I had was old and the systems available, but was frank that the one he could replace it with that day was not a good system and may not last. Instead he recommended the best one that would last even though costs was similar but it was not available until the next day. After two failed DIY attempts which included multiple trips to Bunnings… I finally googled a plumber to fix our leaking ice maker. Thankfully I chose Tony as it was a late night & he arrived within 30 minutes. There are so many great things I want to mention about Tony. Tony was a delight and super professional. I needed a late night call out and he was here on time, fixed my issue quickly (and actually ended up fixing a few other things while he was here). Will be calling him for plumbing from now on :)

Tony was professional, punctual, and efficient. He inspected the PRV and tempering valve thoroughly and explained everything clearly. Highly recommended.
