Plumb Intended was prompt in response, got someone out to my house quickly, and diagnosed the issue. The problem with my water heater ended up being on the electrical side and Plumb Intended was very fair in pricing for the service call.

I never write reviews unless they are good. However, I am compelled to share my experience with Plumb Intended, as their negligence resulted in significant financial losses for my family. After repeatedly using their services and referring them to several of our friends, Plumb Intended installed a faucet incorrectly, leading to a substantial water leak that caused thousands of dollars in damages. Top Notch Company!! Customer service, timeliness to schedule an appointment was great. Mike the plumber/technician was awesome. He explained my issue and repair in good detail. Highly Recommend!!
They went above and beyond. I had shower head, toilet and sink faucet replaced. They consulted with me about other repairs needed. They took the time to explain. They had patience with me. I've been a Radiant customer for many years and will not go back to them. I will be using Plumb Intended from now on. A shout out to David for having excellent customer skills and of course plumbing skills too.
